1. Overview

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Publifai (publif.ai), operated by PublifyX Tech Pvt. Ltd. We aim to be transparent and fair in all our billing practices.

2. Subscription Plans

Publifai offers the following types of charges:

  • One-time setup fee: Charged at the time of onboarding for applicable plans.
  • Monthly subscription: Recurring charge billed at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Annual subscription: Recurring charge billed at the start of each annual billing cycle (where available).

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 96674 96654 or by emailing info@publifyx.com.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing period.
  • Upon cancellation, websites hosted on Publifai subdomains will remain live for a 30-day grace period, after which they may be taken offline.
  • If you have a custom domain, we will assist you in pointing it elsewhere upon request.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Setup Fees

  • One-time setup fees are non-refundable once the website creation process has begun.
  • If we have not started work on your website, a full refund of the setup fee will be issued within 5–7 business days.

4.2 Monthly / Annual Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged.
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, your service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
  • No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial months or years.

4.3 Exceptional Circumstances

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to a fault on our end, we will issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days of being reported.
  • Refund requests for exceptional circumstances must be raised within 15 days of the charge.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • All refunds are processed through Razorpay, our payment gateway.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card) used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund processing time is typically 5–7 business days, though it may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Free Tier

The free tier of Publifai does not involve any charges and therefore is not subject to this refund policy. Free-tier websites may be subject to usage limits and can be upgraded at any time.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refunds & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
